Great vitamin! I take it alongside selenium, which is paired with vitamin E for better absorption, and iodine. Occasionally, I add zinc, which is combined with vitamin C. It's an excellent budget vitamin that has improved my skin condition, which I can personally attest to. I have poor eyesight from working at a computer, resulting in my eyes often being red due to dry eye syndrome. After a week of regular use, I've noticed a significant reduction in discomfort by the end of the day. In summary, I'm satisfied and recommend it. The capsule size is small, and I experienced no issues while taking it. There are benefits!
